1. How do I apply?

All open position with Future Group are listed on our career page, you can find a job that matches your skills sets, experience, etc. You can filter the available career opportunities by location, job categories or keyword. Once you find a job that interests you, click on “Apply Now” to start your application process where you will be ask to complete a candidate application form and upload resume.

2. Do I have to share my resume while applying for a job?

Yes, we will request you to share your latest resume as it will help us know you and your work background better. You can upload your resume either in word or PDF format.

3. Do I need to share my cover letter or work portfolio along with my resume?

No, you don't need to attach your cover letter or work portfolio. Once you are shortlisted for the applied position you can share your portfolio or cover letter separately with the respective recruiter over an email.

4. What if I don’t find any relevant opportunity for me in the current listed openings, can I still share my resume?

Yes, you are most welcome to share your résumé with us! You can simply click on “Future Talent Pool” tab and share your application. In future if we have any relevant opportunity matching your candidature we would certainly like to connect with you to learn more about your work experience and interest.

5. How do I know if I have successfully registered myself?

Once you complete the registration process you will received a notification message “Thank you! Your registration was done successfully”.

6. How do I Know if my application has been received?

After applying for a role you will receive a system-generated e-mail to confirm receipt of your application. Also, you can see your job application in the “Dashboard”.

7. How do I know if I am shortlisted for the applied role?

Your profile will be review by the recruiter in relation to the qualification and role specification you have applied for. If shortlisted, you will receive a call from the recruiter.

8. Will I be notified if the applied position is closed?

Sorry! You will not receive any notification. But, once the position is closed/filled by the recruiter it will be removed from the website.

9. I had applied for a position listed on the career site but haven't heard from Future Group yet. How can I know the status of my application?

To know the status of your application you may log in with your User ID and view your application status in “Review my application status” Tab on the Menu Bar.

10. What are the probable job locations?

We have our presence across India. However, you can select and apply for the relevant role as per your preferred work location. You can see the job listed under the “Jobs by Location” section.

11. If I apply for jobs in other cities, will the company provide any relocation facilities?

Relocation will be as per the company policy and job requirement. It will be discussed during the interview / selections process.

12. I had registered on your career site few months back but now I am unable to login, do I have to re-register myself again?

No, you do not have to re-register. All you can do is request for forgot password and you will receive a link to reset your password on the register email ID.

13. Can I apply for multiple job openings?

Yes, you may be able to apply for multiple job openings. However, if you are being consider for more than one opening we encourage you to inform the recruiter to avoid duplication of efforts.

14. Do you hire freshers?

Yes, we hire freshers. You can register with us and share your application for roles relevant to your qualification / skill-sets. To know more about these opportunities you can see the job listed under the “Job by categories” section.

15. Do you have opportunities for individuals looking for part-time, consultant or freelance roles?

We do hire individuals on part-time, consultant and freelance term but it completely depends on the role requirement. You can register with us and share your application for roles relevant to your qualification / skill-sets.

16. Can I refer an opening to a friend?

Yes, you can share the job posting with your friends or close network using the share link on various social media platforms listed on the Job Description Page.

17. May I know the interview process?

We usually have a basic screening interview done over the phone. If the applicant's profile meets our requirement we then call them for a personal round of interview which is a Functional Round followed by an HR Round.

18. Is there any particular interview attire?

You can be in your comfortable formal attire. No need to wear suit and tie for the interview.(We want to state that candidate need not be too formal / casually dressed).

19. Is there any benefits you provide to your employees?

Yes, we do have certain benefits in place which are applicable as per your employment type. You can see further details on the Benefits page.

20. I am a woman on a career break since the last two years due to personal reasons. Can I apply for any roles with Future Group?

Yes, we do have opportunities for women who have been on a break and want to make a comeback to the corporate world. For more details you can refer to the Future Return tab on the home page and apply for relevant openings listed.

21. I am a retired professional looking for a career opportunity as a consultant or part timer, will you have any roles for me?

22. I am looking for a change in my current role / industry. Is there any role I can apply for?

Yes, we appreciate individuals who are willing to explore other areas or functions. So, we have an internship program designed for such working professionals which will help them kick start their journey in the new/desired role.
